Check availability and book your session using our online calendar.

Select the date you’re interested in (we’re usually at Keeper’s on Sundays, but do sometimes do additional dates).

Maximum occupancy is 6 (minimum age 12 years), if you’d like a private session you could book all 6 spaces, otherwise our sessions are usually public.

To book multiple spots in the same session, click the time you would like, then when prompted choose ‘SELECT AND ADD ANOTHER TIME’ - this will add a 2nd spot, repeat this process for as many people as you want to book in.

The sauna can be a bit of a squeeze for 5 or 6 people at times, it’s recommended that you only book for 5/6 spaces if all from the same party - try not to book into a session that only has 1 or 2 spots left.

Sessions cost £12 per person for 55 minutes sauna time. You’re able to split this between sauna and cold-dips/swims in the pond.

Swimming in Keeper’s pond is at your own risk, we recommend the use of pull floats, high vis costumes/hats and footwear (although crocs are easily lost!). There is no supervision of this - it’s a wild swimming venue not a leisure centre (there are no toilets/changing area) so please treat it with respect, particularly in adverse conditions. Please don’t swim alone.
